Oh no!  Not that protein question again!
“Where do you get your protein?” has become such a common question it is almost comical. Most of the answers I see are along the line of, “well, you don’t really need all that much protein”. While that is indeed true, it doesn’t seem to be very convincing to the average meat eating American. I guess the geek in me makes me lean towards a physics point of view. With that, I like to point out that ALL protein comes from plants. Yes, every molecule of protein in every muscle in every animal on this planet, all came from plants.
